As someone who spends $1,400 a month on private health insurance, I spend it because the risk of someone in the family needing a 6 figure treatment is worse. Since the risk is actually low, I don't consider it a good deal. A child's health has a different weight than that $8000 car.
I work 75 hours a week, (still can't keep up with the demands of my job), and go to school full time. My wife seems to think that I'm working too much, but I'll not be able to reference this to prove her incorrect. Thank you!

Total IT staff - one person (me) plus two contract developers. Last time budgets were reviewed the major discussion was did they really need to keep me...
I can't believe this is "breaking news".
A site I manage (bidtopia.com) while not getting a statistically hige sample of traffic (in the 500,000 - 1,000,000 hits per day range), still gets just under 20% of all users visiting with IE6.
So, while my MS rep is often checking up to ask when will we be adding IE8 specific functionality, we have to be sensitive to folks who (seem to) never upgrade.
Some days we even have more Netscape visits than Safari visits. I also can't help but wonder what kind of experience the folks who I see hit our site with WebTV and the PSP browser are having...
Why would they (law enforcement) not want there to be some doubt to DNA results? They're also being used to overturn old convictions.
In the case of current investigations, there is also other information (fingerprints, etc.) to help match a suspect to a crime...

and they do dress like aliens...
This is the same group that thought pro wrestling was appropriate content for the sci fi motif...
And they only would have aired 6 episodes, not including the miniseries...

Can you actually license a virus?
Can't blight be considered an economic condition?
If the TSA gets these for passengers, I want some for my userbase as well. I can come up for a wide variety of uses here in the office.
