Any sentencing here should include a heavy fine to the ISP for technical incompetence.

Theoretically it already has, it's paid the fine in lost customers due to their service being so crappy. I can't imagine that you could pull something like this off without massively degrading the hijacked service.

These words are often used because they are unable to come with the proper vocabulary word of the time. Shows when someone is being more emotional then thoughtful. Also pedafiles tend to use such language to get kids attracted to them.

I can see that you have "come with the proper vocabulary word of the time." Perhaps before commenting on the use of language, you should learn how to write it first. Swearing and cursing are entirely appropriate in certain situations and admittedly your point (once I deciphered it) has some merit, apart from the part about 'pedafiles'.

How about restricting copyright holders powers to enforce their copyright, possibly back to what was intended with a short lifespan for copyright claims and using court action instead of acts like PIPA and SOPA?

The fear of radiation poisoning seems to me to be an infantile reaction similar to fear of the dark(nyctophobia). It's a fear of something that we can't see, and can't quantify with our own senses. Why be mindlessly afraid of radiation when it can be measured and the risks are understood? I'm not particularly afraid of travelling to Tokyo when Fukushima is hundreds of kilometers away and virtually unaffected?
