    Since discussing this story with a few politically aware friends, we've come to the conclusion that any decision will be held off until after the next election (which must be held on or before 16th April 2011). Nothing loses votes quicker than the inevitable headlines of "Labour Party approves selling porn and violence to our children!"

    Anyone who truly understands the issues realises that this is not a greenlight to sell porn and violent material to childrenm, but "Adult gamers allowed free choice" as a headline doesn't sell newspapers.

    Unless a game is terrible, I'm one of those 5% that will alway try and finish. I *love* it, pure and simple. I love the satisfaction of finishing something, the sense of completionism. Mind you it can get painful when you have titles like Assassin's Creed (the original) and you end up repeating the same tasks over and over again.

    Yeah, I have the dreadful feeling that I've heard all of this before... with just about every shooter that's come out with anything destructible in the environment. Strangely enough, by the time it gets to release the destruction always seems to be limited to specific objects in the environment. "Yes, you can shoot that light successfully, but no you can't shoot that cupboard."
