    I'm using it right now for a personal http/minecraft/cctv server. I like how minimal the install is. You get a base OS and then add the packages and customize the scripts as needed. I don't need 30 included text editors that are all terrible and 10,000 libraries that all need weekly security patches.

    They are going to do it through UEFI. I bought a new Dell box for work with Win 10 pre installed. I had a hell of a time getting Win 7 installed. I had to disable UEFI and enable "legacy mode" in the BIOS. Even then you get a scary red screen instructing you to enter the code being displayed.

    After that trying to find chipset and other low level drivers took forever. I had to look up the vendor IDs and try and find drivers supplied by other vendors.

  16. Maybe you should read up on what his foundation has already done. Most of his wealth is tied to stock. He can only cash out so much before it causes an upset on the exchange.

  17. Neither of you have a clue what you're talking about. They started doing rolling codes now but the list isn't that great so you can still brute force things with an HackRF. And no those keyfobs aren't easy to program or clone. Do you know the most popular stolen car is still 90s Hondas? Rarely do newer cars get stolen anymore. Now its all about factory wheels that cost $2k each to replace.

    Systemd is pretty much how Windows would do things. A massive binary that handles the job of many small programs and full of undiscovered security problems. Oh yeah and throw in binary log files (just like windows).
