    Because Mail does the exact same thing, only better? There are email to MMS gateways if you really feel the need to send an MMS message to someone.

    The BMW iDrive as well as Ford SYNC both run Windows Automotive.

    So what you are saying is that the police should only have access to your information if you are already suspected of breaking the law using a given IP address?

    If only we had a legal process in place whereby the police could be given permission to access said information in such a situation. A warrant, if you will.

    Many providers provide an email to MMS gateway.

    But more importantly, I'm not sure when you'd want to use MMS. If I take a cool photo I want to show my friends, I will send it to Facebook. That is where photo sharing happens these days. I can always follow it up with a text message if I feel they need to have people at it right now .

    Adding MMS to the iPhone would not be a bad thing when there is nothing left to do with the platform. But there are so many other features that are much more important: Push, for example, that it is not a feature the iPhone should care about right now.

    Who says the screen has to be smaller? They could make a flip phone that is half the size when closed, but has the same sized screen when open.

    Email can do everything MMS can. Clearly it is the phones that do MMS but not email that are broken.

    At this point, someone who fails to realize that newer browsers will provide a better web browsing experience will also fail to realize that your website can look and operate better. Therefore, you do not need to worry about IE6 users at all.

    There are plenty of jobs that do not require the use of Windows. There are plenty of jobs that do not require the use of a computer, even. A job may be a necessity, but that does not mean that Windows is a necessity.

    In most of the free world your employer cannot force you to do anything. You may choose to use Windows to keep your job, but nobody is forcing you to use it.

    Out of all the companies you could have used as an example, you chose the other company in which Steve Jobs is the single largest shareholder and board director?

    Jobs was working with Disney shortly after the "new CEO with vision" arrived. Maybe it was actually Jobs' involvement with the company that turned things around for Disney?

    Speaking of, the arguments I hear against ag subsidies tend to be as dumb and poorly framed as your arguments against personal gun ownership.

    The arguments I hear against ag. subsidies are about how the subsidies reduce the fair market value of the food. If you are a farmer in another country, it becomes impossible to compete.

    Ag. subsidies are great for the US, but it does hurt the rest of the world's farmers.

    The conspiracy theorists will tell you that McCain was not born American either. Which you could then use the powers of your tinfoil hat to theorize that this election was ultimately about getting a non-native American into office. This would explain why Clinton did not press the issue.
