In India, you can always question a decision made by judge and everything. You're free as sh*t but then of course once the decision has been made u can't go against that.
Well actually u can!! The sh*t govt here doesn't care.
Our economy is very bad..... GDP is very good though and future is promising but believe me we can't match you guys in respect of earnings for at least a generation.
There's a huge talent pool here owing to population and and recently good educational policies of govt. which makes huge workforce (skilled) hence cheap labor.
Thus the outsourcing makes both of us happy.... you get your work done in less cost and we get jobs (unless we steal your job:( )
I agree, Life is not fair.
I am an Indian and I too would have been pissed off if I were you. Personally I too am against outsourcing as I don't think that it would lead us anywhere in long run.
All it does is bring jobs and money to our huge population but since it ain't production thingy.... this is not real development imho and won't make us superpower as the world claims we will be in very near future.
In fact.... talking about from personal experiences, when I came to jobs scenario. I was surprised to see that only because I hail from a very reputed Indian college, I am being paid almost double than my colleagues who even have several years of experience. I feel bad for them but then life is not fair.... learn to deal with it.... whichever side of the spectrum of fairness you are.
Yeah India rulezzz!!!!:P
With such a large population and huge talent pool we'll do your job for even less than min wages. Lower middle class here just wanna be employed in some MNC even if the job profile involves sucking Bill gates cock 24/7.
Lolz believe me the competition in India is too tough to be able to do that. Most (read All) Indians live n die that dream.
Anyways as an International I have come to realize that a short term internship is actually a good idea to boost one's career. That way you don't actually have to live and work in US. Even in jobs that exp gets you to make frequent trips..... earn loads of money, compete for top posts. I prefer this type of job than actually having to permanently reside in US and work. This way I am amongst my ppl most of the times and even Americans don't hate me for forcibly making their country my home.
Most Americans are good to you if they realize you do intend to go back:)
For you I would suggest to get an intern in some university as that would be easier than an actual company hiring you for a short period of time. Try and utilize your alumni network.
OMFG, teh end awf da word haz begun. But wait!! Zesus will safe us all, lets all prey.

Who do I have to sleep with to get a 1 digit UID?
sorry for nitpicking but it's Gandhi not Ghandi.
