The problem that seems to always rear it's ugly head is the "political will" that requires that "something be done". No Politician ever walks away from an opportunity to go down in history for doing something. If the button gets pressed, it's because a politician did something to push it.

How about trying no government with free people? No? Oh well, then we will end up with tyrants under a system of government. It will appear to work as long as people believe it's working, no matter what "kind" of government it is. Once it is no longer believed to work, it fails. Who fails it when it does? Who makes it work? People, and their beliefs, that's who.

Consciousness is everything, already. What is "You" is both tangible substance, your body, and intangible substance, your "form". The form is much more complex and continues to exist when the tangible substance of your body is no longer arranged in that form. In fact, you do not contain very much of the substance you were born with by the time you die. You trans-formed throughout your life. Only your intangible form continued to exist and evolve while your tangible substance was replaced one atom and molecule at a time. In fact, drinking a glass of water is transformational where your physical existence is concerned. You remain You no matter the state of your being. A new "you" in a machine is now a form of you in the machine but is a unique expression of that form, and one that will remain largely static over time. No evolution, no replacement of parts, no self evolution. It won't be "you" for very long!

The system works ONLY if the funding of government is voluntary. If there is a Central Bank and fiat money, then it makes no difference what you say in law, or how you configure the justice system or the legislative system. The Central bank will rule, no matter what. End central bankling monopolies and fractional reserve. Do that, and then you have the freedom to establish a working Constitutional government. Otherwise you are just pissing into the wind.
