    For a subway I understand digging the tunnel is about 25% of the cost. Then 25% for track and signaling and 50% for the stations.

    I think the idea is not to remove space from the screen but to expand to screen into the area where the front camera is.

    It is worth it to make the screen non-rectangular? Not in my opinion.

    I'm not sure that will work, because this doesn't actually check you history. It checks your cache.

    A lot of software has gone down to tubes because of this idea. People don't want one single experience. They want different experiences for different circumstances. They want software with features optimized for how they listen to music, how they listen to streaming radio and how they listen to podcasts. Combining them into one app is both unnecessary and creates undesirable side effects.

    The same thing happened with social media apps tried to be the be-all and end-all of all media, when users want to keep things nice and compartmentalized.

    I used a USB keyboard to play Final Fantasy 11 on the PS3 years ago. I would alternate between using the controller for battle and the keyboard for other other tasks.

    It also supports Bluetooth keyboards. I would assume that the PS4 does as well.

    There are people who mange multi-million dollar adwords/adsense accounts with Google. There are people who make their living from their YouTube videos.

    One of the main benefits of a smartwatch is that you reduce the number of times you pull the phone out of your pocket to check notifications or the time.

    Having you battery right next to the generator or the source of demand instead of hundreds of km away at a dam dramatically reduces line loss, which can be 10%-20%.

    The studios don't mind. The cinemas make their money on popcorn and snacks. People who can go to a couple of movies a week are less likely to buy the vastly overpriced snacks ("cheapening the movie experience"). The cinemas aren't making much money of them even if they receive full price for their ticket.
