    The median payu for family practice is $138,000.00, before insurances and other costs, and you need to continue you education.
    If you want to break it down to an hourly basis, you looking at 60+ hours a week pract, and anouth bunch of hours keeping current.

    The could go up to 200K in 6 years.

    And if something goes wrong, well then, good luck.

    You aren't successful because there is no evidence to back you idea. It's been looked at, many times. Fact is, there is no scientific evidence that any antibiotic resistance is coming from give antibiotics to cows.

    a) respec points are uncommon, but not rare. At least not for me so far
    B) It's actually hard to misspend points at first. I suggest looking at the tree a deciding what you ar going to to. I went dual wield, and if you look for the dual wield icon on the skill tree, you can find the optimal path to get there.
    C) Getting a few wrong specs won't kill your game play. Don't sweat it.

    People creating new drugs are using science, a nurse giving you a shot is not.

    Maybe you should understand what science is.

    You doctor does not practice science. He practice treating. This is how it must be. Or do you wan't your doctor doing experiment on you?
    Science is a process.

    Most Dr. don't even know how to apply scientific findings.

    This is not to say they don't read about science, and they don't apply thinking to their practice. On the its a Practice and not a Lab.
    I have ran it any Dr. that are great to do their job, but move outside their expertise and they can't apply new data to their narrative if it doesn't correspond with their bias.
