I'll turn 40 in Feb and my wife is due in May, plus, I was exposed to all sorts of mutagenic agents in Iraq back in '91. My first two kids were normal, here's hoping #3 can fly, turn invisible, or at least change it's own diaper.
And why is it so hard to get one? Because they're outselling the Xbox 360 2 to 1 and have recently surpassed the Xbox 360 lifetime sales.
Why is it hard to get Wii Fit, or even some Wii games? It doesn't make any sense. Nintendo has created this mass hysteria that the console, quite frankly, hasn't lived up to yet.
I've had a lot of fun with my Wii these last couple of years, but it pales when put up against my 360 especially when you pull plastic instrument games into the mix. I've got 3 gigs of Rock Band content alone on my 360 HDD.
The saddest thing is, Wii Sports is probably still one of the top 3 games for the Wii.
"Unions in this country have long outlived their usefulness."
While the model doesn't necessarily apply here, this country needs strong unions now more than ever. I used to work in a factory that voted down an attempt to unionize while I was there (in 1996)
The factory workers started at $10/hr, health insurance was free and we got paid double time when we worked Sundays or and paid holiday (So holiday pay + 2X hourly pay). I checked in with a friend who is still there, employee's pay $200/mo for insurance, they still start at $10/hr and they no longer get paid double time.
Its no longer possible for a skilled factory worker to live a middle class lifestyle....and yet your average CEO makes an insane amount of money.
And the answer can't be "Go to College" because someone will always have to do the menial jobs and they should be able to earn a livable wage working those jobs
Genius doesn't like my canadian music. He has no suggestions for Dust Rhinos, Great Big Sea or Blue Rodeo.......
But the vista-itunes 8 combo worked fine for me.

On a Blue Ray player and taking the ability to play Little Big Planet as a bonus... Now if I can just get my wife to see it that way.

It needs in game voice chat too....Without voice chat, there is no Wii, just Mii

I never doubted what I was doing was right, or justified, but that didn't stop my heart from pounding out of my chest.
