Since the first footprint was at the end of the lunar-lander ladder, the same ladder that was used to get out and get in the Eagle again by Aldrin and Armstrong, my guess is that the very first footprint was already pretty messed up, even before they left the place...
And don't forget the blast from the rocket engine at take of.. that one was sure to wipe it of the face of the moon...
Do we live in the same 'Europe'? My Europe (or rather the little part of it that I live in) has a max speed of 120 KM/h. And our friendly neighbour (Germany) has an even better rule: No max speed (unless said otherwise). So I guess you define Europe to end at the borders of your country, which is kind of _not_ the idea.
A machine to play your cd's/dvd's, a machine to do mail/web/stuff, a machine to do games..
Hell, it would be a lot easier for them, no OS-es to worry about, no copieing to worry about, and more to sell to everybody!

I beg you pardon?
The Dutch gave up? What universe are you living in? IIRC there was four day's of 'official' battle, then surrender because the Germans said they would bomb Rotterdam if there would be no surrender. They bombed it anyway.
Go tell the soldiers who died at the Grebbe-line that they gave up, just because they where shot! Go tell the people who lost all they had because of the Water-line (inundation) they gave up.
And for the rest of your comment... It was Austria that 'invited' (note the quotes) the Germans in, Switzerland was neutral during the whole war.
And this is flamebait in what way?
It is asking a question... but ah, now I see, it asks if Linux can be infected by this... yes flamebait for sure.....
OK, this may be flamebait since it is all but subtile, but..
When the government of Germany is blocking sites so that Germans cannot view the oppinions of others, then, in the end, when things go all bad, they can say, with right, "Ich hab es nicht gewuBt" (OK, spelling is completely off, I had only one year of german education, but you'll get my drift).
Deny-ing access to site's that propagate things you don't like, doen't make them go away. Better to know that they are there, and be able to take actions against them, then to suffer in ignorance.
Maybe, but what worries me more is that now, apparently I can be lookt at/spied uppon for something that is illegal in the states, while living in the Netherlands.... Hmm, this does have some familiar ring to it. Hasn't something like this happend before? But then with somebody actually going to the states?
In the diagram mentioned above, there is a direct link between MSFT and RedHat,
Does that mean M$ owns part of RH (since they are public) or does it mean that RedHat and MS are economically bound because they share a market?

Have they, besides seeding the P2P networks with bogus files, also started spreading virii?
I wouldn't be surprised a bit.
I'm moving over there :) (Is only 10 Kilometers anyway)
Can we be sure his head didn't explode?
Isn't that what they are after?

This means they are looking INSIDE the packages (to find windows traces there...)
Can they do this without a warrant (Privacy et all?)
Does this mean we can bug A.C. to stop them from sending CD's to us? :)

Then I will finaly have the highways for me and me alone :)
You are obviously mislead by your choice in beer.
Not Heineken if perfect, Grolsch is! (That is the 'other' beer from the Netherlands)

Please, give a link to things like this! I would love to read more on this stuff!!!

SuSE linux does this for some time already,,,
Yoiu get BOTH the cd's and a DVD.
I would guess that one of the main reasons for lifting the body would be the nuclear core.
Fish that give light in the dark might be nice for the fishermen, not for the people eating them
If it re-charges when kickink lusers then it would be Sole-ars powered!
Any good MCSE will tell you that the windows-logo screensaver is much nicer then the pipes-screensaver..

And it runs Linux.
Whe I worked for Philips Semi, I found some internal pages with screenshots of the pronto running linux.
Don't know if it ever became more than an 'inside' job tho.

Define "For A While".
Once enacted, this will not be easilly turned around.
For a while: When they got Bin Laden? Don't think so, more fanatics like him out there.

No one buys one, for everyone waits for the review. Now tell me, who is going to review it unbiased, when no one is buying the thing?

Yeah, that would be the problem solver:)
Only, just because of this EULA, they sold one more copy than they would otherwise, since the author of obove piece bought one, just to get the EULA!
Ah well, he should be able to return it, should he not? Since he does (probably) not agree with it.
Which brings up another question. Since he has opened up the package (which was probably schrink-wrapped) the shop won't accept it back...
What to do then?

I Typed Betamax, I meant V2000. Stupid me.
