I got a deal with AT&T with a Nokia 5160. I was gunna go with Verizon but they didn't offer the Nokia so they lost my business. AT&T had the Cell for $99 with a $50 rebate from Nokia, sounds good to me, anyone should be able to afford it!:)

My only gripe about this is that Slackware is too depreciated a distribution in this text. Now, many people say that Slackware is behind on the times but as far as I am concerned there are many reasons to say Slackware is the best. What, is a little text editing of/etc/rc.d/rc.modules gonna kill anyone? Slackware makes everything clear and simple as pie. Down with confusing GUI setups! Add Slackware to the list dammit!!!

Here's the other gigantic e-tard of the day! SIT DOWN!!! The Duron 600 overclocks a whopping 350MHz more to 950MHz!!! And that's without mad cooling and stuff! So SIT DOWN! I remember when a 350MHz box was the fastest thing in the market man... READ before you POST.
OK, enough of that. Forget the lame K6. You will probably be able to run dual DURONS. You know what that is? Basically, dual DURON CPUs at 950MHz EACH on a 200MHz FSB. Not only that but the Duron @ 950 is kinda like an Athlon 850 or even 900 of today in most cases. AND the Duron 600 only costs $89, so CHEEL brotha, CHEEL.
Well by the time you're 40 or 50 you should have climbed up the ladder far enough--or have gotten your stuff well enough together--to be sitting your big ass behind a big marble desk in a big leather Lay-Z-Boy recliner telling other college grads what to do while you play around with software and visit porn sites, right?:p
Maybe the guys at slashdot should use all their new server power to take all of the sites they link to and mirror them first. I'd really like to see that. I know I'm offtopic (so sue me) but it's a good idea. Woulnd't everyone else agree? I think it's kind of slashdot's responsability these days as they slashdot more and more sites to hell, sometimes causing tons of problems for the people who run those sites. One of these days, slashdot is going to get sued (or andover or whoever) and I am going to laugh.
What I wonder is, can you throw a powerleap Neo S370 adapter and have yourself a dual Pentium III system on it? Someone should look into that, it'd be very interesting.

a lot of moderators are confused. a troll is basically someone that says something (usually untrue or in a slanderous sense) just to start a riot. some moderators can't tell the difference between a real post and a troller.
no no i just think that the privilage of first post should be given to someone who deserves it... not someone who everyone knows is gonna just post shit.... ya know?
here's a good proposition. make it so that anonymous cowards and people with a karma lower than a certain number (say 1 or 0) never get 1st post. doesn't that sound like the righ thing to do? it does to me. all you big guys up there should consider it. please dont moderate me too low because i'm offtopic.... i just HAATEE lame first posters that's all....
