This is just an idea, but wouldn't it also be possible to make a norton-like* proxy that all your email gets filtered through with a spambouncer type filter system?
*Norton antivirus has a POProxy which, if installed, makes your mail client go through it and it filters all incoming mail for viruses.
Not only that, but remember when Bart took his frog to austrailia?(It was the episode where he prank calls an Australian kid and has to go there to prevent war) The frog escapes from him and ends up eating all the crops. (They see the fields disapearing at the end of the episode when they take off in the helicopter)
When I was 15 I was like that. I really don't remember why I thought that stuff was cool, it just was. Thankfully I grew out of it.
Maybe middle school/high school health classes will start having anti-lameness speeches. I can imagine it now: "Don't do worms..........mkay?" or "Don't give into the peer pressure to code worms... they might make you feel good temporarily but they're bad in the long run" or even "Just because one of your friends tells you that writing worms is cool don't listen". Lets not forget "Friends don't let friends write worms".
The 8th ammendment is in the US. (Hence, the US constitution) They live in Israel, so they don't have the 8th ammendment. Of course, it still could be considered cruel and unusual to have to use MS products no matter where you live.
Only the ti-86 and lower have z80 chips. The ti-89, ti-92, and the ti-92 plus all have motorola 68k processors. If you've seen em in action, they graph a lot faster than the z80. Of course, the z80 calculators are just fine for most graphing.
Of course... when a divx is playing, the cpu will be completely devoted to decoding it. On your laptop, the processor also has the os running and all those apps on it.
P.S. My 333mhz desktop can watch divxes just fine with no lag.
Nope, according to the linkage from the article, the party registering needs to be in the US, whether person, corporate, non-profit or government. So, no, its not open to other countries.
What about quake3? Its gameplay is basicly a cookiecutter deathmatch fps(run around, kill, pick up powerups/ammo/weapons, repeat), but its still an incredible game due to its graphics.
What would happen if you somehow got stuck in a pr0n javascript loop? Would you doze off or would you just sorta give a 3 finger salute with your hands?
Still, I like pythons approach to it more:
for i in range(3): print 'Ho ' It's a little less complex than the ruby example, and much less complex than the java one.

There were only two before this article, however. Maybe not a trend, but still prevents one...
Typo -- probably meant "story" and mixed up the 'r' and the 'o'
Didn't WinME come out after Win2k? I'd say that WinME was more or less a 98 update, but not an alpha release in this analogy.

a)My mp3 collection is HUGE, I mean it's SO much bigger than yours you should be turning green with envy.
Hey, its not the size of your mp3 collection, but how you use it!

Maybe MS would make a service pack installing progressive scan?
I'm confused
When CP/M enthusiast Tim Olmstead died from cancer on September 11 this year,
Did he die from cancer, or was he in the WTC centers on 9/11. (Or was it just a coincedence that he died on the same day as that tragic event)
The article repeatedly states that the cybiko came out a year ago. I remember two years ago when I saw someone playing on one though.
Who cares about the specs if we can't see some real life benchmarks?

Gotta love that rio800 interface(also on the riovolt sp250). High res + coolness == good interface.

Don't forget bomberman online, which is the best bomberman game because of its numerous play modes.
Now I can get a dreamcast for the same price as a 486 xterminal.... nice sega!
The irony here is while it promotes linux as a pda system, the datasync feature is available for windows only right now.
This invisible keyboard will go perfect with my 'invisible bug fixes' from microsoft!

Wouldn't having indentical reproducing robots be a violation of the DMCA. Wouldn't one copywrighted robot be plenty?
