  1. Advertising at its best on 'Snatch' · · Score: 1

I heard a radio commercial for Snatch that literally [I'm not making this up] loudly proclaimed "SNATCH OPENS WIDE ON !!" I understand that their meaning was that it was going opening into wide distribution but it still made me piss myself laughing.

Shut up and count your blessings that you live in America. Other countries have a lot more to worry about than if their PRECIOUS WIRELESS BROADBAND service Terms of Service allows the provider more liberties than the average customer would like them to have. In short, be glad you have that ham sandwich and can of Mountain Dew to consume while you type your whiny plea of loss of freedom. I'm sure some hungry, overworked and underpayed Taiwanese kid wouldn't think twice about kicking you in the back of the neck for your job and lifestyle :P

Umm...in this case, wouldn't it be the *Japanese*, and not the White Man, holding the Black Man down? After all, Sony isn't exactly an American company, nor is the Playstation2 a terribly American product...... -Rylfaeth, White and Loud

  7. Emulate an emulator emulating hardware on Gameboy Emulator For PalmOS · · Score: 2

Can we run this sucker on one of those Palm emulators, and if so, what's the performance hit, if any? I think it would be funny to get to the point where we could play Six Degrees of by writing emulators to run inside emulators.

  8. Re:Maybe it's a technology thing? on Girls Don't Want To Be Geeks · · Score: 1

Also, I've come across many geek guys that just haven't grown up - they're still playing computer games at 30.

I'm confused...why is it inappropriate or immature for a 30 year old (or a 75 year old, for that matter) to play computer games? Is it really any more immature than a 30 year old watching a football game or playing catch?
