    Yeah, but most people face the front instead of the side (TFA photo) when on the Segway.

    Therefore, to maintain balance on the modified Segway (assuming you're not used to it), you'll need to adjust your center of gravity continuously, by shifting it forwards and backwards repeatedly.

    Not a good prospect, doing it in a crowded place.

    that new amazing thing called going outside. I hear the 3D is amazing.

    Oh yeah, heard of it. The gameplay is very difficult to understand when it comes with interacting with NPCs (wish it comes with a manual), but some players succeed and are given access to body surfing the NPCs.

    What Diebold has now? I wouldn't be surprised if they were using VB and the Jet DB for critical functions.

    I don't know about Diebold ATMs. For voting machines, here's a quote from this Slashdot story (March 03, 2009):

    I've googled and found some information on the W902: When you attach the USB cable to the phone, the phone will prompt you to choose between Phone mode, Media transfer, Print, and Mass storage. ... With the USB cable, you can use your phone as an USB memory.

    I am not sure whether the USB drive corresponds to the phone or the memory card. However, the T500 comes with Memory Stick slot, so you just need to remember to bring along the M2-to-memorystick adapter for the W902's M2 memory card.

    I quite agree that Active Directory integrates well with DNS and others. Even if it's only a LDAP variation, I think it's one fine piece of work that Microsoft has produced.

    I think I'd rather have a few late news on Slashdot, than many early news.

    With late news, there's time to verify, find links, understand the points of views, and decide whether to post the news in the first place.

    It's not as though a day's delay would hinder our ability to, say, argue for/against bills in congress, or patents under application.

    • Valve improving end-user experience, vs
    • Google improving end-user experience

    would be, we paid for the Valve product, but IMO Google gives us more.
