    Learning skills cut down significantly on your skill training time if the skill is dependant on that learning skill attribute. It's worth it if you're going to be training long skills, days or weeks.

    There are ways to upgrade from RC to full, but it's not clean. Either way, steam has a backup system, I suggest you employ it.

    Most netbooks I know about use a modified minipcie pinset, with usb and sata onboard that most cards use, rather than actual minipcie.

    But much of that energy is just dissipated when there is no snow, this can pull energy off the grid if it needs to, and store energy it gets from the sun to use specifically when it detects snow.

    So you're saying someone with a technical background but no specific knowledge of item x should not be allowed to study the specifics? Being an expert isn't knowing everything, it's knowing the background, methods and having a good working knowledge of the field, not knowing every single piece of info in that field.

    That's not gravity, on these scales it's not quite powerful enough. What you're thinking of is surface tension and the miniscus' formed by the cereal bits. It's actually not that bad of an example of gravity because it is a physical representation of spacetime and something denting it, which is a familiar image if you study physics to any level. I'm not sure what causes this but it obviously is going to have some interesting ramifications.
