    In many countries, higher education is entirely free with no strings attached.
    It's the civilized way of providing fair opportunity for everyone to get access to education.

    Sofitel did a mistake, and there is an opportunity to make money. It would be silly not to seize it.

    Some formats of movies and video games are supposed to be region locked.
    Cars are also region locked to some degree, as you usually have to pay a hefty price to get a car purchased abroad approved for driving locally.

    The right solution to this problem is to get rid of all the laws preventing possesion of data. The whole concept is stupid, and it is easily abused.
    Want to prevent child porn? Make distribution illegal, not possesion.

    I've used the original design thousands of time, never touched it.
    Given the force of the wind it would actually be pretty hard to do so.

    I think he meant to say that it's just as mediocre as New Vegas.
    This Bethesda title was clearly a miss, they made a game as bad as Obsidian.

    Why it would get a game of the year award makes no sense whatsoever.

    Maybe your problem is simply your aversion to the command line.
    It's a great tool and in no way less intuitive than a GUI. If anything, it's usually more intuitive.

    I remember that when I checked the offerings offline, it was low quality and very expensive; that might have been the reason.
