  2. I'm a software engineer with significant systems programming experience and I don't really know how Tor works either.
    I know enough to know that it's technology based on a specific technique (onion routing), but I never studied this technique enough to really understand how to implement it.

    I still knew more than my teachers even at the postgraduate university level (in certain areas).
    That's just a given in a field that is also a passion for the younger generations.

    Yesterday, in France, more than 3 millions people gathered in Paris, and in smaller cities hundreds of thousands of people gathered as well.
    This is something that hasn't happened since the liberation in 1945.

    Everyone is gathering to proclaim freedom of speech.
    And what's the answer of the government? We're going to restrict freedom of speech...

    I get offers on a weekly basis, if not more, but finding a well-paid job in a domain you're interested in, close to your home, and that still leaves you enough free time to spend with your family is not that easy.

    I doubt you can really find a good job within a week.
    Finding a really good job takes months at best.

    Bear in mind that only part of the social benefit taxes appear on your payslip. In France, the employer contributes 20% of his salary, while the employer also gives 15 to 40% the pay to the social institutions.
    Social benefit taxes double the cost of work, which is why salaries are significantly lower in Europe.
