    I frequently pull all nighters to play video games. There is nothing wrong with that.
    This is just entertainment. I don't see how it is worse than spending the night reading books.

    It's Latin, from Aristotle, meaning "nobody is thought to be ignorant of the law". (first google result).
    It's the principle that all people within a certain jurisdiction are assumed to know everything about that jurisdiction's laws. In particular, you cannot use ignorance as a defense for having breached the law.
    Therefore every citizen must take preventive steps to know as much about the law as is reasonably feasible, rather than always depending on a lawyer.

    Not knowing this seriously puts in question the quality of your education.

    A graphics cards is supposed to give constant bandwidth. If there are spikes, it's a major bug.

    I played PSO2 in japanese too.
    It's pretty, but it pretty much empty. Gameplay is very limited and essentially based on leveling up very slowly.

    i.e. the highest price ever of gas in the worst part of the US is more than two times cheaper than the average price in Europe.

    It's matter of principle, I don't want to pay anything for something I don't really need, or I might end up going down a path I want to avoid. For similar reasons I never buy tobacco. I'll gladfully spend hours finding a way to get it for free than pay even 1p, even though a hour of my time is worth much more than that.
