    Beach area homes near me are almost all rentals.Prices are sky high. $1000.00 per week. The few owners who live there are older people who bought their homes years ago when prices were reasonable.

    I put my bag in the first bin to my left as soon as I board. It doesn't belong to anyone. I pack light, you can buy what you need at your destination. Some people are too territorial about the space on a plane, enjoy the flight and your crowded, cramped time in the air.

  10. I was hoping to see the contrail from near San Diego. Could not but have seen some in the past. I once drove five hours to a place near Vandenberg to watch a launch and it was a great experience that was over in around one minute.

  11. I rented a car with a back up camera that was great for showing what was behind me but not the car going 50 through the parking lot that would have hit me had I moved. You gotta turn your head and LOOK.

  13. Is there a difference between a license and certification? I was a state certified water plant operator. That ensured that I had the knowledge, skills and abilities to produce water that was safe to drink. I worked with liquid chlorine, potassium permanganate and anhydrous ammonia. Sometimes I worked sixteen hour shifts.

  14. This is not new info. Plastics pass through wastewater treatment plants and plastic left on beaches or or bays get into the oceans. Fish see this waste as food and eat it.

    Some of the largest livestock (cattle) feed lots are in Imperial County east of San Diego, California. Much of the agricultural area is planted with alfalfa hay to provide feed and sugar beets for sugar.     I subscribe to the print edition of the LA Times. I also get several car and motorcycle magazines and can read them in bed or when I go to the mountains or desert. My town has recycling so the paper is used again.

    The Moon. I was at a dark sky location at 6000 ft above sea level and could read a newspaper by the light from the moon. It was super.

  23. Lower cost means lower care. Doctors know what insurance patients have and how much it pays them. The difference is you get two minutes in the exam room if you are poor or thirty minutes and a referral to a specialist if you are wealthy. Money talks.
