I ended up not watching them at all since I no longer had to set aside time to do it. I have Netflix and Amazon Prime now, and I watch from them. But I won't follow anything they delete to another pay service. I don't have a chance of watching what I can now. I hear about dozens and dozens of great series and movies made by the streaming services, but I don't watch any because there are just too damn many.

Their catalog is huge, and they have stuff from across the whole history of movies and television. They may not have Trendy Series X, but they'll have something interesting in a genre I like.

A substantial amount of the medical service in the northern part of the U.S. is provided to Canadians, paying out-of-pocket in order to get treatment in a timely fashion or to U.S. standards. So even with Canadians the rich get better treatment. (They just don't get it in Canada.)

The rich in countries with socialized medicine either have their own private pay tier (so literally their own special rich tier of health care), or if that isn't allowed they fly to other countries where it is.

Actually, no. Fewer people voted for Trump than voted for Hillary, period.
Which is completely irrelevant. Every US president has been elected under the electoral college system, which dates back to the country's founding.
It was designed to work this way, so that the president would be the president of the united states, not just of the big population centers.
Some of the states would probably have not even joined the union without it.
So yes, America elected Trump. The big population centers wouldn't have, if they were the only ones who decide, but they aren't, by design.
