Even though the German empire existed since 1870, Bavaria had a King up through World War I. Bavaria existed long before Germany. Different countries have different rules.
If you are going to build something like this into a car, it must be upgrade-able and replaceable. Cars are used well over 10 years, any computer system would be hopelessly obsolete in half that time.
Change the subscription policy so that you have to check in every 24 hours to maintain your subscription. You can only access it from a friends house if your home PC is still on. Hey, it worked for the Xbox One, didn't it?
Had that problem when everything went 64 bit OS. I had an Epson scanner, and they made no 64 bit drivers for any older device. Suddenly every old device became useless. It's not like a new scanner is that much better than an old one. Just make a basic driver so you can at least get hardware to function.
UDP is almost as old as TCP. They are not mucking around with it, they are just using it. It just doesn't guarantee delivery like TCP. If you are streaming something, who cares about lost packets from the past?
No, I am going to test it out again. Spent nearly a year with the 8 preview, and dropped it. To many tasks took too many steps. Will try this again to see if it is ready for prime time.

They got our signals, and are sending them back so we do better next time.
If my one car had a computer system built in when manufactured, it would still be running OS/2. On a VGA monitor.

I was trying to think of a good response, but this is better than I would have come up with. Thanks.

In its heyday, it was the best.

Its right beside the dislike button.
Good. It is always nice to make someone's day.
At work I still use XP. I don't limit myself to what is work standard, or I would be way behind the power curve.
or do you have to wipe the machine clean to install the actual Windows 8.1?

In which version will this be included?
