  7. Navy finally going to Win 7 on Microsoft Urges Businesses To Get Off XP · · Score: 1

We are finally transitioning to Windows 7 (and IE 8) in the US Navy. A lot of the delay was caused by people fighting tooth and nail not to change from XP. These are not tech savvy people, and they fight any change which may impact their work. As long as their system is working, they don't want anyone to touch it. I see the same with commercial companies. Leave well enough alone.

Oh, I watched that live. That was sickening. Not the shooting, but the blood running out of his head afterward. For those that don't know, he was the Treasurer of Pennsylvania. He was under investigation, and called a press conference. Then shot himself on live TV. The video crew was shocked, and didn't respond. The real sick part was the cameraman continued to follow the action, filming him slumped against the wall, bleeding from the nose. The blood flow was considerable. I would not recommend watching it, but it is floating around the Internet.

They make mistakes and try to fix them, and you can't tell which is which. Machines that can flag errors for voters would have more of them count.
