PC-DOS was delivered with every IBM PC. MS-DOS as a separate OS for clones came a bit later, including versions for not-PC compliant computers. Microsoft wrote both.
She can speak all she wanted. Facebook is not required to help. People egging her on while she is holding out with a 5 year old is not being helpful. How about the 5-year old's rights?
There were lots of planes that people called a failure at the start, and turned into outstanding aircraft. We can't get enough V-22s now. The WWII P-51 was a pathetic aircraft until they changed the engine and added the 85 gal fuel tank behind the pilot. The fuel tank made the plane unstable, but since you had to take off from England and climb to altitude before flying to Germany, you burned all that fuel before you got into the fight. Suddenly you had an outstanding long range aircraft.
The F-104 wasn't designed poorly, but it was designed as a very high speed fighter. At low speed the plane was hard to handle. Pilots weren't getting enough experience on it before having an accident. This was before fly by wire and computer control. The F-16 is designed to be highly unstable, but is controlled by its computer. A pilot could not control one without computer assistance. Technology makes a huge difference.
Yes there is, it's locked up in CO2. Burn the H2 produced with the CO produced. Yes, that would burn. It would be strange since you would end up with H2O and carbon, or possibly methane.
We never ran into a problem with the major companies bottled water. Dasani and Aquafina were fine. The best water was actually canned water by Anheuser-Busch, but it tasted like aluminum and people didn't like it. Next best was the gallon jug water that FEMA keeps in storage for emergencies, very strictly tested. Some small brands were very good, but many of them were very suspect.
Bottled water is not as safe as you think it is. I was mobilized with the National Guard to help after Hurricane Katrina. One of our missions was to distribute water. We noticed that some of the water bottles would turn green sitting in the sun. Since we were the Army, we were equipped with water testing equipment. We started testing each lot of bottled water delivered to the state. An amazing number of shipments were rejected for high levels of various contaminates including biological, lead, and one with an amazing amount of dissolved iron (off the scale on our test equipment). I learned that bottled water might taste good, but it is not as safe as people think. I don't doubt much of this was caused by companies ramping up production to sell to the government and make a big profit.
I always wondered how everyone understood measurements given by the UK show Top Gear when they talk about miles, miles per hour and horsepower. Not to mention pints.
The Ads and clickbait are how they make money. Without them the aspects have no value. Yahoo giving us features without them making money is why the company is tanking.

The entire rest of the book is just a rant about how he was screwed by IBM, Microsoft and DOS.
And if you read the article, Facebook only agrees to do this 73% of the time. It is an option for Facebook to comply, not a requirement.

God, I would love that.
The population of California is 15% Asian, so it is slightly high in comparison.
You can get black and Hawaiian with one hire.

and no one has a connection that can handle it.

What does your comment have to do with black boxes on autonomous cars?
I'm not aware of any autonomous car that doesn't do this already.
Since I am at work: Windows 7, Internet Explorer and Windows Notepad.
I keep reading these headlines that Theresa "may" become prime minister. I wish they would make up their minds.
Maybe the robot is related Bender Bending Rodríguez.
