I'm pretty sure the molding is done when they don't feel like they're fitting well. In other words, you don't need to mold them before each use, if they're still comfortable to wear.

Actually I've had to do a post-theft preyprojet installation (on a windows machine) and managed to find a batch installer for the windows version on their site. Uploaded it to a webserver along with the exe and watched through logmein to see when they stopped using it for an extended period of time, then opened a private session of firefox to download the files and ran the batch script. This could work for a Mac if there was a way to install via command line, or just wait for inactiviy and hope the theif isn't smart. SSH access would be gold in the case, though.....

I hate to have to do this, but while 'semitic' may indeed include Jews, Muslims, and Christians, the definition of 'anti-semitism' is quite clear. From Miriam-Webster:

Definition of ANTI-SEMITISM: hostility toward or discrimination against Jews as a religious, ethnic, or racial group

I keep wishing for a hands-free mouse. Taping electrodes to your face every day at work--won't, but glasses (or something using your webcam) might. Anyone seen something like this?

http://www.eyewriter.org/ Their primary goal is for drawing and graffiti, but their app for tracking can be used to move the mouse cursor (I think). My friend built one, and it's really not all that hard.
