This already exists and is managed by the Defense Security Service (DSS) and is mandated by an Executive Order:

This! The 16GB of DDR3 RAM that I purchased for $85 two years ago on Newegg is now listed at nearly $200. DDR4 RAM is just as bad.

  3. I went in with low expectations because The Last Jedi was such crap but was pleasantly surprised that I actually enjoyed Solo. Maybe if Solo had been released 6 months later in November or December, it would have fared better.

A flaperon is a trailing edge device and is one of the components making up the trailing edge of the wing. The "leading edge" of the flaperon mates with the main wing and would not necessarily be crushed on impact. The leading edge of the main wing, certainly; but not the flaperon.

See the graphic below for location of the flaperon on a 777:

Very good point about the leveling system in Fallout 1 and 2. I remember doing a bunch of side missions at the beginning of 1 and then obliterating the raider camps. lots of fun!

Fallout 3 was also missing a lot of the humor found in 1 and 2 as well.

Luxoticca not only owns a wide range of premium and "budget" eyewear brands (prescription glasses and sunglasses), they also own LensCrafters. Pearle vision, sears optical, target optical, and Sunglass Hut to name a few. Additionally they own the vision insurance company EyeMed.

The word "monopoly" comes to mind.

There was a 60 minutes piece about this not too long ago:

  12. garbage in / garbage out on Top 1% of iOS Game Developers Make a Third of All Revenue · · Score: 1

Not surprising. I bet that the bottom 80% of AppStore developers are the same people who are releasing the garbage that is currently drowning out the (relatively) few number of well executed apps available. At least 80% of the AppStore content consists of copycat apps and pure trash. Think Angry Avians, DoodleHop, and iFlatulate.

Garbage In / Garbage Out. It's as simple as that.
