    Every IP packet has a source IP address that tells the server daemon where the packet came from.
    So unless somebody is using a proxy server, some other anonymizer or NAT, that source IP address is the location of the user. The source IP address of the NATing machine should be close enough for all intents and purposes.

    this website http://ip-address-lookup-v4.com/lookup.php and this one http://ipxml.info/myip/?ip=213.251.189.203 are able to figure out my location correctly no matter what DNS server I use?

    maybe time for akamai and company to change the way they figure out an ip address's geo location.

    The problem is that the whois information for these domain names has been updated with different name servers.

    alternate dns servers would have to somehow get the original whois information in order to get to the original website.

    do a "whois torrent-finder.com" and you see what I mean:

    At the local 7-11 I can look inside the ATM at the back, where it has a small monitor, and it clearly is Windows XP.

    There's no best language. Choose the language that fits the job / problem at hand and fits the needs of the software you are working on.

    So why isn't the open-source community taking advantage of this leverage? Just prevent Oracle from using your products for free. Make sure Oracle pays you (you = Red Hat, ASF) when they download your products. Oracle is vulnerable. Take advantage of it, for crying out loud.

    Oracle is using your stuff for free, Mr. Red Hat and Mr. ASF, and making big money with it.

    Two character codes in the hindi text give problems in vim: <200d> and <200c>. I don't know if that's a problem with my fonts or what.
