    When firing a weapon you can distribute the energy transfer over a larger window of time than when getting hit by it. Having said that, I doubt this weapon will have anywhere near the necessary energy, unless you count shooting someone in the leg causing them to fall over as knocking them down.

    In most jurisdictions this is only true if you aren't trying to avoid being seen.

    If the prosecutors have decided not to file charges against you then yes, you should be allowed to roam the street freely.

    People paid 40 dollars a pop to vote for no award, I think that not giving an award is the right thing to do in that case.

    They don't do nothing, it's a lot of work figuring out which patents you own and finding people who may have violated them. Just because what they do is detrimental to society doesn't mean they aren't working hard.

    I disagree somewhat, it's not a waste of time and money to back people like Trump and Sanders. They won't win the election, but by backing them you can affect the policies of the other candidates.

    That wouldn't fix this. It wasn't a matter of him cancelling orders that someone picked up on, it was him placing orders that gave the appearance of a greater market than actually existed, causing the price to move in a certain direction, then cancelling orders before they got picked up.

    To make it worse, larger companies will create smaller subsidiaries to bet on deals. That way if it fails the subsidiary won't be big enough to be able to complete the contract without an increase in the budget, forcing the government to pay them more.

    It is also reinforced by things like California's Top Two Primaries Act. In this, only the two candidates with the most votes in the primaries will appear on the ballot for the general election.

    There's also the possibility of a Democrat beating her in the primaries. However, that is also unlikely as anyone running against her would earn enmity from the party for adding division in a seat they have pretty much locked up.

    It also includes people who were born in places that have since become part of the US. Otherwise no one would have been eligible to be the first president.

    IMO the most important change to air travel following the September 11th attacks happened before the attacks were over. Passengers realized that a hijacking could end with their deaths and the deaths of others. Now any hijackers will have to deal with all the passengers of the plane rather than just one or two people.

    Which is the requirement in the US and has become the requirement in many other areas in the wake of this incident.
