I never click on adds, so can I disable them ? I know that sites get dollars from clicks but what if I never click an add ? Sure I may click on a comment link if I'm reading a story but I'd probably never click on a/. add. Given I'd never click, am I not saving/. bandwidth costs ? Ok, not me, but as a collective. all of us that don't click, and on all other sites, must as a collective to that site. add up to some bandwidth savings. Anyone that responds with a 'unconscious telepathic imprint' of me seeing response the add can go away. I already know that stuff is cheaper to buy over seas, and yes i may or may not do that already. Point is, I know what I need, and I'll google for anything else. Adds don't prompt me, and if they did (which they don't cause of adblock) I'll Google it for an honest opinion.

yeah I got two above the touchpad and two below. press the both at the same time for middle button. What I was asking is how does a trackpoint (nipple) scroll. It can't, you have to press a button and hold it and move the trackpoint. your comment implied scrolling with a trackpoint, unless I read it wrong. Other than that everything is perfect for touchpad, trackpad and usb mouse.
btw, this is a really cool for accessing the touchpad controls.

how does a nipple scroll ? I have a Dell 810, so got a trackpad and a nipple on the rhs of the track pad I can move top to bottom and have the page scroll can't do that with the nipple as far as I can tell. please enlighten me...
Try working in Sydney. I moved to Melbourne 2 yrs ago, no traffic at all. Good roads, good trains. Melbourne is unreal for traffic. Never had to travel below 50km/h on a freeway, and man, the freeways, they are sometimes 4 lanes each way.
Don't know why Melbourne people complain about traffic. there is none.
btw, eastern freeway for me from Donvale to chandler highway.
yeah, i use a cpu power supply for stuff other than computers. I got an old 300W ps driving a car stereo amplifier. i have the PS and amp stuffed inside one of those dual 12" speaker boxes that you can buy from a car radio shop. I added some tweeters to the box as well, and I run a long cable from the desktop pc. I move the speaker rig outside next to the BBQ, and crank up the Pink Floyd when cooking the steaks. I also have one of those usb remote contoll thinigs, so I dangle that out the window next to the compuer and i can adjust volume, skip songs, etc from outside.
watched the video. in the unfolding multiple windows, how do you see the title bar ? where are u droping it ? I agree with an earlier poster. ctrl-c/ctrl-x ctrl-p is easier.
Also, didn't read the article, (never do) but how do up paste instead of copy ? need to move your left hand off your dick and press a keboard key ? that defeats the whole purpose doesn't it ? You can ctrl-c/ctrl-x, ctrl-vwith one hand and continue stroking your dick with the other hand.
use for me. I have several terminal windows open aon one screen where I'm editing source code and compiline. Its nice to be able to shade different windows with the wheel. Then when I want to run the app i switch to another screen byt scrolling on the desktop. on yet anpther screen i have terminals for isql etc for the database. on another screen I have rdesktop to the pc next to me.
also, on my notey I have those 4 screens accessible using 4 hotkeys as well.
I guess usefullness depends on what you use your computer for.
This will probably get shot down and I'll lose some karma for this, but my definition of a power user is somebody that writes programs / compiles programs. Not an end user playing games with their computer. Unless you are writing OpenGL programs, then playing with graphics card drivers doesn't make you a power user.

And exactly how do you customise WindowsXP ? Change the colors maybe ?
I use debian (+ enlightenment) cause I can use the mouse wheel to shade windows when focused on the title bar and switch desktops when scrolled on the desktop. How the f*ck can you do that with windows ?
Can't be done. Sure you can change windows.ini / shell=exporer to something else (you used to be able to once upon a time), but as a general rule of thumb, Linux is more configurable, while windows is not.
everyone knows the answer is 42
Didn't Samsung just do that to Apple ? Made it look familiar, like an iPhone, but underneath its a sh1t load better :-)
