    Whether you are joking or not, I would assert that the management of the Apollo or Shace Shuttle Programs involves just as many moving parts, conflicting requirements, and stubborn facts as did the actual engineering of the spacecraft.

    People like to make fun of managers but in reality, without them any project of significant size would be just a bunch of "smart" people standing around wondering what they should do next.

    none of the proposed solutions to climate change come even close to stabilizing CO2 levels

    They can't solve the problem because that eliminates their leverage.

    As Drinkypoo says, "It is about reducing greed. Where do the emissions come from? Making stuff. How much of that stuff do we need?"

    So the ulterior motive is not to solve Climate Change, but to use it to modify the social structure to suit them.

    I don't supposed she checked out the names of all the folks arrested. She might find that there is evidence there that suggests Google is merely following the numbers.

    Now, she could argue that law enforcement is discriminatory. But that would be even more support for Google's efforts being evidence based and not a result of bias. It doesn't matter if you were arrested because of what you did or because of your name or color. You still need to make bail and get a lawyer.
