    When I say that I am compressing something using lossless compression I am saying that the compression I am using is not causing any loss. By your definition the only things that can be compressed losslessly are computer generated files, because audio and video technology do not (and can not realistically) capture the full lossless detail of reality.

    Hmm I was not too far off, I assumed 24 bit color. Encoding lossless 4K in realtime can be done with an Nvidia graphics card without much issue, I think even $200 dollar cards can do it.

    Nvidia cards could already do real time lossless screen capture, they have been able to do it for a long time.

    I am pretty sure that 4K60p lossless requires less than 100GB an hour and can easily be encoded by many computers. It can be reencoded after.

    Anyone who owns a premium mac, is wealthy and likes premium gaming experiences will probably own a PC. Anyone who fits the aforementioned criteria and is interested in VR probably own a headset already.

    There is a difference between display performance and GPU performance. Displays like this one have effectively no variability in their refresh rate.Whereas GPUs can have variability. A GPU that outputs 60 FPS may drop to 30 FPS occasionally.

    Sounds like the fix is rather easy too. Only count interactions that are initiated by the person whose score is being lowered. If such a system isn't workable for your game, don't implement it. But for a game where people are paired with other people that the players don't chose this system should be fine.

    You're right, it does need a little thought. The situation you brought up is easily solved. Only count blocks by people you encounter in random matches.

    Everyone has a score, every time someone blocks a player (who they have interacted with), their score is reduced, every interaction they have that doesn't result in a block increases their score. The amounts that are raised and lowered would be subject to tweaking. All players are ranked in order, players can set a percentile cutoff for people who will be able to communicate with them.

    It us true that they allow that, however, the keys are stored on the users device. Coinomi is not a cloud wallet.

  20. While there is some validity to your point, the use of "made-up" in yes context detracts from your credibility, all currency is "made-up". Next time use qualifiers that make what you're talking about distinct. Like saying that the currency is not backed by a nation.

    There are other systems, like proof-of-storage/capacity/space and proof-of-stake. Those are both quite low energy consumption, especially the last one.
