When the Prophet returned from Al-Khandaq (i.e. Trench) and laid down his arms and took a bath, Gabriel came and said (to the Prophet ), You have laid down your arms? By Allah, we angels have not laid them down yet. So set out for them." The Prophet said, "Where to go?" Gabriel said, "Towards this side," pointing towards Banu Quraiza. So the Prophet went out towards them.
I'm currently a BB user and live in the UK. I think the phone is great... have a BB 9105 Pearl 3G - I chose this because i don't like the full keyboard as the keys are too tiny for the sausages that I call my fingers! Plus I am so used to text typing on a normal number pad from all my previous phones, it was a simple transition.
I love using BBM and because of all my friends on it, I want to stay with BB's once my contract ends. I do have WhatsApp on it too to chat with other phone users but prefer BBM. I've used Maps which was great and helped me find places around London quite a few times and used it as a car GPS guide several times... just needs voice directions and it would be amazing!
my only gripe is with the memory management. I can't remember what the internal memory size for the phone is but it seems woefully small. i've only installed a few themes and apps and it's left me with 26.2Mb of memory which means every other day I end up rebooting the phone because memory is running low! What's the point in me adding a 4Gb micro-sd card if it doesn't use that space? Everything gets installed on it's internal memory! And don't tell me it can't store in other locations because Nokia's have been able to do that for ages and if you happen to pull out the memory card whilst running a program stored on it - it merely kills the program... why can't BB do that?!
this issue is the only thing I have that would make me look for other phones. Although I enjoy playing games on my friends Andoid or iPhones, I know personally that I probably don't get much time to play on it and if I do, I'm happy with the games I currently have on the BB.
As many have pointed out, they aren't moving production, they're simply creating NEW production sites in China. The cost of importing is crazy high and so due to Chinese Law, have to forma JV to reduce the tax cost. Most of the German brands already do this so it's not unheard of or new. Pretty much all of these built vehicles will remain in China rather than exported.
In actual fact, the really rich Chinese would probably still import the vehicles because there is a brand image and greater snobbishness for European built as opposed to China-built.
As for JLR as a company.. they've been doing really well and Jaguar have revitalised the brand with complete new lineup that isn't a throwback to the 70s but much more modern and sleek. I can't wait for the F-Type to come out!
It seems they're doing a good job if you're hearing about them;) The Royals are a great source of revenue to the country and bring more in through tourism etc than we spend on them.
The Queen is given the speech to read... she is merely stating the objectives of the current party (or coallition in this case). Got nothing to do with her net abilities or knowledge.
you know automotive spec's ensure any discharge is carried out safely? Have you seen the control strategy for the battery management system? Anything that even hints at an error will cause contactors to open. But oh well... safety is nothing compared to scaremongering.
I wasn't really keen on case mods but I liked the artwork panels you could get called C-Kin's on the relaunched Commodore Gaming PC's a few years ago (they've shut down now).
You could have a nice wrap around artwork and easy enough to change the panels for new art designs.... I preferred this over the craze of "oooh.. shiny LED's are cool... lets put them on everywhere" and not realise that you end up struggling to sleep as your room is bathed in variety of colours.
So yes, you can do with less but you're also cut off from many things. A dollar a day gets you some water, rice, clothes on your back and a shed, it's not a good life anywhere.
What is this idea of granting everyone the same luxuries we enjoy instantly? Why can't people work out of their situation to something more? If a dollar a day can keep a man clothed, fed and sheltered, then anything more he makes is savings. Most people in this situation are in a nuclear-type family so there will be more than one person earning and pooling their money etc together. It's a slow start in upgrading lifestyle but it can be done and we shouldn't impose our lifestyles on them. Computers are a luxury item - it would be better to save the money to give kids an education than just buying a pc.
As a Muslim myself, I am in total agreement with you. The majority of Muslims are 'normal' however we're not as vocal as the minority and somehow the millions of us who go about our day to day business get tarnished by the brush of ignorance. And what can we do to shout about it when the media much rather play to the insecurities and grab headlines by giving all the attention to idiots who are ruining the religion?
Okay, I'm being an irresponsible arse here, but maybe - just maybe - those other muslims around the world, you know, the "moderates", should think about distancing themselves from the barbaric ones.
We do... problem is the vocal minority that most assume to be the majority
unless you believe they're going to set the world on fire with Nokia, or Kinect, or something else they haven't advertised yet... I don't (believe), and that's why I'm not invested in MS.
I was just merely replying to his "what can your full-size box offer that I don't already have" question. There was no assumption for home/business use, power user etc
I use Matlab at home and at work... and my work laptop is just a standard Dell notebook - it may not be (in fact it definitely isn't!) great but I can still write, run scripts/models. But should you be using to input characters for large periods of time - eg document editing - which is definitely not an edge case; a keyboard is much better to use than a touchscreen pad - which would also take up space on the display. So you'd end up with a keyboard and a screen to carry around as seperate units.
so you need to be constantly connected to the net or whenever you want to use programs? So to answer his question of what can a full-size box offer - use of programs anywhere, anytime.
so.... you have a seperate hard drive and keyboard and an intergrated display & processor... I guess it's easier than carrying a pc and a monitor... but isn't a laptop more convenient? Can your tablet run full versions of software - not stripped out shadows? Can it run software like Matlab.. do you have space to install large programs?
I remeber travelling to Spain last year and visiting a historic site which had posters at the entrance to download an app through wifi which was a virtual tourguide, qavailable in various languages etc...
perhaps rather than quoting just selected paragraphs, why not give the detail, history and explanation of that chapter?

wow... yeah... absolute horrific?

come and play on Razor's Edge :-D (razors.speakgeek.org port:4000)

Is this a surprise? The Brits sent boatload (metric units of course) of murderers and crooks... I'm sure a few pirates would have gone through too.
Goodbye Bamboozle... I used to love the special themes and as a kid, this was a great game to play with my siblings.

and a fuel tank running low on fuel isn't as dangerous, if not more?
They all have their uses ... for example, people living in apartments on the 9th floor can't quite get extension cables long enough for their car ;)

and that solution is...?
much better than squirting...
compared to working for the Intelligence service, knowing that your every movement, call and net is monitored?

you need to invest in Sony then...

Can these modulators replace existing ones or does the entire cable network need an upgrade for this? If it's just the modulators, then wow!
