    Nobody is saying that but you, and Linux continues to be the OS most capable of being used in a secure manner. There is no such thing as an OS that is secure when administered by someone who does not posses security expertise.

    That is completely beside the point. The point is that systemd works great and you have been sent on a fools errand by anti-linux trolls who spread misinformation to try and divide the community. The major players didn't switch to it as part of a conspiracy to make Linux the suxors. That would be literally the opposite of their best interest.

    Great. Now all you have to do to advance to newbie level competence is switch to a modern distribution and realize that systemd works far better and that you have been trolled by the anti-linux douches who latched on to a controversy to try to undermine it by pretending to be Linux experts.

    That's hilarious. The Constitution limits federal powers. One thing I can guarantee you is that it does not grant the power of the federal government to mandate with whom state governments will and will not do business.

    The reason you voted for him is that you are so uneducated you don't know about term limits, but it doesn't matter if you vote for him or not now, because all the people who didn't vote in 2016 because they didn't know how many idiots there are in the US now know better, and many who voted for the world's biggest loser have figured out they screwed up in a Huge way. Trump will definitely not win in 2020.

    Your post is a serious be joke. Allen left Microsoft in 1982, and indeed was a true philanthropist. Based on the timing of his departure it is entirely possible he left Microsoft because he saw what Gates was planning to do and wanted no part in it. Paul Allen was the real technological talent at Microsoft, back when it was a decent company that produced a decent product.

    There are so many idiots on Slashdot these days, but at least when it comes to technology you have always been pretty spot on, so it makes sense, and no disrespect intended.     He provided direct evidence on camera that he is a criminal guilty of perjury. There is no longer any need to determine if he committed the original crime; he committed multiple crimes trying to weasel out of the accusation (s). That is all anyone should be talking about at this point.

    I would have said that a few weeks ago. Unfortunately the Linux platform is in jeopardy. Unless the ridiculous Code of Conduct is abandoned expect Linux to go away when people start rescinding their permission to use critical parts of the kernel and SJWs try to replace them and find out that meritocracy works for a reason.

  24. Where would you get the BOM? Are you sure it can be trusted? How do you know any added component isn't part of a rework / revision that is required but not on the BOM? Have you ever worked with a Chinese manufacturer?
