If they dont have a demo then we dont have to buy their game. I know I wont buy a game unless I can play/test it first. Since 99% of game stores frown upon you trying out a game and returning it for your money back, the demo is the only real option. If you look at PS3's store and even XBox market place, the demos are always among the top downloaded items. You remove those demos and I bet the sales on most games will go down.
Would Germany offer a reciprocal political asylum for those of us who have kids in the US public school system that want our children to have a better education?
Maybe people saw the aliens first and then started watching x-files and/or Independence Day to give them idea's on how to deal with a possible alien threat...
Or, perhaps aliens picked up x-files on their space ships and are fans of the show. It being a fox show they of course had to get closer to earth to adjust their antenna for better picture quality.

I remember when slashdot was about enjoying the articles and not about grinding for achievements. What lengths will you go to to keep your subscribers? Whats next? An Item Shop or Auction house? I hope Slashdot 2 doesnt include this unneeded grind!

As a WASD gamer this definitely makes me happy. My left hand usually rests on those buttons anyways. So far I havent had and issues with it and it seems to load the main page a little quicker then the standard index was loading but perhaps thats just me.

Its a Microsoft marketing gimmick to make law abiding citizens switch back to IE so that they wont turn into criminals.

I would love to see a remake of Clouds/Darkside of Xeen. MM4 and MM5 were two of the best RPG's ever made.
