They even mention a cooperation with Lockheed on their frontpage;)
according to this article on heise, the restriction is no longer in effect. According to the press officer, a technician did it on his own and not in accordance with company policies.
Here in Austria, there's no general discussion in the mass media, but the University of Linz blocks all attempts to connect to napster and gnutella servers, and can take away lan connections in the dorms if such use is detected. The main concern is the bandwith, though, not the legality;) (around our University, 7 dorms (=3000 students) are connected to aconet via a 4 mbit line)

Actually, Ericsson seems to get there... Their forthcoming R380s phone comes with quite a nice display and EPOC (Psion's PDA OS) as its OS (complete with pen and stuff;)) Although I've only used the Emulator (for checking the WAP stuff I do), it looks quite useful. Now if only they'd finally get it out;)

I wonder hwo tolerant/democratical you can be against any movement trying to obliterate tolerance/democracy. Hate-speech is sometimes not less bad than hate-crime.
