    You can't mix those and Wikipedia admins knows that. It's like matter and anti-matter. Allowing copyrighted content would spawn all sorts of problems. You would no longer be able to fully cite, print or publish Wiki content easily. If the page would contain copyrighted image, you would have to ask for pardon the copyright holder etc. Headache after headache..

    Being overly optimistic (I know), but once the fusion (NIF or similar facility) research succeeds and the fusion energy is tamed we would actually need such a hight voltage grid in place. Of course it will probably not happen in our lifetimes.

    You are a bit wrong. FCC can be scrutinized in the US, they have no absolute veto powers. On the other hand you can't question or sue government entities in China or take active stance against the ruling party.

    What is China doing here is taken straight from the Evil empire's best practices manual.

    Saying that the blurry ESA's image is showing some unseen features is rather strange. It is an IR image, but still.. Hubble shows amazing detail on M74, and I mean amazing.

    Bad analogy. Internet is not a car. After your grandma clicks smiley that installs Trojan to serve some terrible content, virus that does spam, DOS or similar thing from your IP. Then your family might be investigated by authorities.. you will then thank that good Judge, the Jury and the God almighty for this very resolution.

    Things are not that rosy. The battery pack costs $10000 and lasts only about 200 charges then things go the failing battery laptop way. This is the single pivotal reason why Detroit and other major manufacturers are not mass-producing these cars.

    When the battery problem is resolved then ALL manufacturers will switch to electric.

    Well, that is the idea. If it works that well (Google) then copy it exactly as it is, if you can.

    Pointing IE at Bing by default may keep lots of people on Bing with no need to even bother switching to Google.

    This argument is extremely naive to say it gently. Just wait until you get some virus or trojan and the damned thing starts to serve some terrible content from your IP or start doing spam or DOS. Then you will have to prove to authorities that "you did nothing wrong", while they have lots of evidence on you.
