I couldn't care less if a video I try to watch won't play in the HTML5 version (I will simply not watch it).. and I sincerely hope Zynga burns in hell. But all the other average users out there will keep depending on Flash while those companies don't offer HTML5 versions.

Look at IE6 declining curve... Flash will probably be worse than that.
A lot of Youtube content is not available in HTML5 yet. Plus, all the famous Zynga games use Flash.
