    Because some people like the iPhone UI, its ergonomics and Apple software. You don't, we got that. Some people do.

    Compare the specs... the 7 is slightly thinner, is lighter, same RAM, same screen resolution, more SSD choices, stronger battery(!), and is cheaper (for same storage). The 8 has some added features, like new CPU, but do you need them provided the battery will last less?

    Note that 1) copying the URL shows the whole domain, including 'www', even if it's not displayed in the bar, 2) only 'www' is removed, other subdomains are shown, and 3) most (well-)configured websites show the same page with or without the 'www', therefore I wouldn't qualify the move as 'evil' at first glance, more a simpler URL display.

    A few days before Bob Woodward book release (“Fear: Trump in the White House”), an "anonymous senior Trump official" writes op-ed on "resistance" within administration... saying basically that, "yes, Trump is bad and has his drawbacks but the White House is working well and delivers thanks to a competent team that supports the president". Meaning: Trump might be as bad as described in the book, but he still delivers, thus the book has no real value. Preemptive defense.
