    Because an iPhone is cool, well designed, ergonomics are still the best, and it's safer. No i'm not a fanboi, just tried both!

    hint to the /. devs (if any), in JS,

    var newtext = text.replace(/<(\s)/g, "&lt;$1").replace(/>(\s)/g, "&gt;$1");

    that would prevent the <br> etc... to be changed, and would work for most posts as long as posters add a space after the <>s.

    A few years ago, a Japanese probe missed Venus, an however easier target, so there is some progress that's been made. Then, landing on the space rock is a hard objective, as for instance the ESA's Philae lander failed to complete the mission. Good luck with that - that'd be great if it succeeds and brings back some samples to Earth.

  22. "Irreversible" is relative. Dinosaurs were wiped out by an asteroid / volcano, then Earth recovered. Once the climate becomes so harsh that war is the only alternative ; after this war the human activity is likely to be much reduced, and nature to take over again.

    To be fair, LE's automation installation is automated... and you don't even have to learn much to use it.

  25. The unofficial reason of a short-lived certificate is that LE doesn't want to be liable in case of a certificate issue - the shorter the life, the lower the probability of some issues.
