When I was in high school, we were playing lots of T v CT games. We found a version of a mod that was like Counterstrike but based on the Unreal Tourney engine. My friend and I were messing around in the game one night and discovered if you bought a grenade, Flashbang, or smoke, and shot out all your ammo, youd have unlimited grenades. We decided to challenge our friends to a couple rounds and fuck around with them. We were lobbing grenades all around the map and just destroyed them. My favorite was being chased around by the opfor with low gravity hurling FB all around the maps. Also slowing down other computers with a million smoke grenades.
That reminds me: We would set up a halflife game with low gravity and cheats on. The point of the game was to drop 5 trip mines, and using only the Gausse gun propel yourself across the map. First person to set off the mines (which usually resulted in everyones death) lost. It was quite amusing when 3 of us were playing on custom built AMD Athlon XP 1.5GHz 2GB ram machines and another was on a 866mhz compaq with 256mb Ram. Cheats on allows you to toss gibs by binding mouse 5 with "impulse 102"... we would slow down his machine so much, it was very amusing, but over all the game without being a dick was fun too.

I think I rest my case. While they may border on the side of prank, they are immature and costs companies money. I have respect for them for trying to defend the whales (Sea Shepherd) but at the same time, there are other means of doing it as opposed to attacking and terrorizing other ships. Willing to die for a cause doesnt justify the means.
My vote would be a remake of FF7 and FF9. They are two great games that could use a facelift. FFT got it when it came to the PSP. It could be used as a sellingpoint for the PS3 if Sony and Square/Enix were to be evil.
Need I say anything more? Nothing more awesome than a true 3D RTS. Screw this top down shit. Ill attack you from above, and below and from another strange angle too. Then form an aggressive sphere around your mothership. Boom
Fine ill stand down on this time. Only because they arent on an official list unlike the ELF and ALF. BUT some organizations also consider Greenpeace a terrorist organization. Even my hippy forest service working friend considers them terrorists. Apparently theyre so bad the French sent commandos to sink their ship in 1985. I must reinforce French, because they dont fight anything.
Project Entropia, now Entropia Universe, allowed warping. The work was in finding the warp points. Sometimes if you died close enough to one, it gave you the warp point. After that you could warp to and from that point.
Coming from a guy who works at a company that spent years screwing up the web as far as coding standards go and whos new web browser asks you to run their own site in compatibility mode? Right
You couldnt be more wrong.
There are still photographers who use film because they get better quality from film than most digital cameras. The only cameras that can begin to compete with film as far as resolution and quality are digital backs that cost upwards of $25,000. If you already have a large format camera and a studio set up for film, there isn't much point to changing because the costs associated with transitioning. Many studios are now digital, and yes it is simple to use, but not simple to transition to.
Megapixels dont mean anything. You can have large number of megapixels in a point and shoot, but it still doesnt come near a pro-amerature / pro SLR as far as quality. I learned more about photography shooting film than I did with a digital. Shoot it once, shoot it right. Ive become lazy with digital photography and can shoot multiples blowing away my memory card and getting only a couple shots.
There is still a need for film, and Im part of that trend. I hope I can still get film for my cameras for my wedding
Oh man, If i had downloaded Wolverine and watched it, I would have saved my self $10 by wasting my money on it. I really was unimpressed with it.
Its also the problem with CDs, DVDs, Games. Im supposed to buy it with out knowing if it is worth my time and money. Then it is too late, and I hate my self a little more for buying their crap, when my gut said not to. Why do I keep doing that?
I love the internet so I dont have to waste my money on crap I dont want, like 90% of the songs on CDs.
Dont pull the separation of church and state bullshit out of your ass. It is NOT in the first amendment. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion." MEANING they wont make a law for or against an established religion. There is no way to separate ideology from your actions, it just means there wont be a state religion like The Church of England or Russian Orthodox.
Jefferson who was a christian was approached by a church in Virginia wanting to play a role in his administration, he wrote back saying he'll run it like a separation of church and state. Why single out one church.

I missed it alright. I didn't upgrade to vista, but went from XP to 7. Damn.

I believe the proper response from the console makers should be: "We don't negotiate with terrorists."

I thought that was banned on the internet, punishable by death, atleast, people wanting to kill them selves
