    If I were a conspiracy theorist, I'd say the government would start feeding our babies pills to subtly alter their bone structure or do unnecessary surgery to add in antenna to resonate with secret government wireless tasers.

    But that's just wonky because of the logistics of the plan.

    Call it a immunization shot and require it for doing pretty much anything, and none the wiser.

    Some place don't even have a good monopoly. I can't get cable to my house without personally paying for 1 mile of infrastructure. We get stuck with satellite and sporadic cell towers near here.

    Resale of something you got free, ie. radio-copied mixtapes, bootleg cd/dvds, hosting files on a private pay access ftp, etc.

    Friends and family are not much use for this.

    Your friends could be of good use because they might be interested in what your interested in, constructive criticism by your peers is a great help. Family could also be used if it was supposed to be used by common-people, because there can be a wide variety of thought on what is actually useful to everybody.
