I've heard of some retarded laws but taxing consumers for driving hybrid cars is out of control. The entire reason you buy a hybrid is to save money on gas, so why should I have to pay extra tax? To put this into prospective should truck drivers pay less for gas because they have small penis issues? If I want to drive my prius I should be allowed to. Taxing me for driving a car that isn't as hard on the enviroment gives the impression that if you care about fuel consumption you need to pay more.
Wow, umm this is beyond ridiculous. If violent video games cause people to act violently then by reason fantasy video games should cause people to fall into a pure fantasy world. You never hear about kids on fantasy sprees or kids who think they can jump and destroy bricks that give coins. The only real fact is that violent people are violent from birth, a video game does not cause violence. Some of the most evil and violent and outrageous people in history never had video games and yet caused acts like the holocaust or mass killing or rapes, now if video games cause violence when why does violence exist in the first place.
I just don't see it being a good idea, the more you make a piece of hardware or software do the less overall quality you can achieve. It is kind of like hiring a contractor, you hire one guy that knows a little about a lot of areas and trust him hire the right guy for the job in each micro area. You wouldn't let the plumber run the electrical or let the plumber rebuild a roof. I think it is the same way with electronics, in the end your going to get a better end product if you don't try to "hire" the one guy does all tablet.
Scientology is just as legitimate a church as any other. It doesn't matter how you claim your religion started, all that really matters is that you NEVER deliver or prove any aspect of your faith. All modern organized faiths share the same aspects which are, empty words, vague expressions and no answers. Before anyone flies off the handle at me, show me one example of an organized church where the members actually get to see and interact with a real god. Not a god who you just pray to and believe in, not a god who is based off aliens, a god you can walk up to and shake the hand of.

HR is the biggest mistake in the history of any company. HR puts up walls, processes, systems and rules that make running / entering a company a logic puzzle of confusion.
Productive HR should be run by the managers / directors of the company and no one else, who better knows how to hire an employee then the director of that division!
HR on the other hand likes to scan, read and prcoess resumes and in 90% of all cases they have no idea what anything in the resume means. For instance I know most HR personal don't know what the IEEE is. Now you would think that the HR of an engineering company might understand the name of the biggest engineering group in the world. They also don't understand keywords like FPGA,VHDL, Matlab etc... Basically HR is a big department who's sole job is to spin tires in mud and progress no where well pissing off the rest of the company.

You need to prove beyond all reasonable doubt that your in danger BEFORE you defend yourself. People don't think about this, sure you can offload your clip into someone because you think your in danger but if you can't PROVE you were then you nothing but a murderer.

Most of the church is spawned from one family. Basically, only a few family members have ever left the church and those that do are banished from the family.
I think what happened is horrible and truly no one should go through it, however why has no one questioned the gun laws? I have yet to hear anyone blame that fact that a gun can be obtained so easily. The school shooting happened because guns are as common as cereal. I think instead of news reports, hackers, memorials and all of that, what needs to happen is for all firearms to get banned. Eliminate the root cause of all school shootings and stop school shooting, don't blame everyone else and there dog when the issue is gun control.
And what they really want to do is to take that finger print and look up everything you've ever done and like. Then they will capture all the data and well you sleep install tracking id tags into your bodies. As you then walk around the university they will target advertising at you. This will then expand to installing cameras at the desks so you can be watched at all times, you'll be required to be tapped non stop. This isn't far enough yet, the government will come in and start using you like cattle, you'll be turned in a feed for other other humans, placed in a pen and eat grass well you are branded and brain washed to become nothing more then a piece of meat!!!! HOW CAN THEY DO THIS!!!!

You don't need to stay home when you sick, you just need to follow simple hygienic practices and the risk will be greatly reduced. First of all cough into your sleve at all times, never shake hands, use hand sanitizer, don't share food etc... etc... etc... most people are slobs that have the hygiene of a garbage can that hasn't been emptied. It's not rocket science, just stay clean even when your sick and the risk will decrease automatically. The issue is that most people don't work and operate clean, most people are no better then peasants were in the 15th century.
I know this is going to cause a lot of people to revolt but I don't care, I think having a desk phone is a very useful work tool. The fact is most people can't send a useful email, people send emails so void of actual information that you need to start long threads to get to the point of the matter. When you can just call someone you can spend 3 minutes hashing out your point instead of a day of poor emailing, what makes more sense to you? Even if you get one great email in the course of a day, it wont make up for the 100 bad emails you need to deal with. I'm pro phone.
