I've been using Firefox ever since it was Netscape 3 or so, and I still am convinced it's the best browser on the planet. I'm a bit worried about all the extra bits they keep developing that are not necessary in a browser or that exist from other companies already, like notes and a password manager. I'd rather see them spend time on Thunderbird.
Much better. No hassle with borders, free roaming on the GSM net, many things are standardized in all of the EU which is handy for manufacturers, etc. And we haven't had a war in more than 70 years, which is long for Europe. Of course the EU is not a perfect government system and there is a lot to improve but it certainly has brought its inhabitants a lot of economic development and safety. Just look at the whole Brexit procedure to get an idea of life before the EU.
And of course this new technology which isn’t even out of the lab stage yet can’t be improved anymore? Why are there always people who dismiss new developments on the spot because they don’t suit their personal needs?
But then again, a country that calls itself 'civilized' so much that it looks like it is trying to proof something but can't because it's run by a brain-dead carrot is asking for a good bashing.
It was meant as a sarcastic lame joke. I don't live in the US but I read about it and it's good to see states just ignoring Trump because they want to be green and/or green alternatives are cheaper than coal. The US is doing more to reduce greenhouse gases than my country the Netherlands.
They don't buy green energy. They produce their own. This makes them independent from whatever idiot is currently in power or controlling the energy flow.
