    I can confirm that from experience. I find the whole MRI scanning experience extremely relaxing.

    It’s worse. Me and a friend of mine decided on a bet about who could reproduce a certain building better on paper: she painting it and I drawing it with a pencil. The next time I was on YouTube it recommended a whole slew of ‘learn to draw’ videos to me.

  10. My MacBook Pro is 8 years old, has done 1088 load cycles and is still at 82.2% of its design capacity. I'm quite sure that is not rare. Me and many of my friends use their smartphones for 6 years or more without having to change the battery. We consider this normal. The myth that Li-ion batteries last only 3 years has to die a fast death.

  12. The myth that Li-ion batteries die after only a few years has been proven false so many times that it gets tired now. I'm sure the earpods that were tested were not maintained well or the first generation earpod has a design flaw or just uses bad batteries to begin with.

    Of course they can. If said company only sells stuff that doesn’t adhere to European safety and other standards it can’t sell it’s products in the EU.

    That wasn’t in the EU. It was in Europe though, and I still think it’s a big disgrace that Clinton was the first to try and do anything about it. It was a European question that should have been handled by the EU.

    Same here. I can't even remember my last BSOD. But MS software has always been riddled with safety faults, Windows 10 reports just about everything you to to the mother ship and Linux is often een PITA to use, so I prefer MacOS/OSX.

    The only reason I want a Mac is MacOS. Unlike Linux and Windows it's safe and works well.

    I looked at the possibility they offer to trade in your old computer. They offered me 580 or so euros for my 2013 27" iMac with 32 GB and the best graphics card that was availabe back then. At marktplaats.nl I can get almost double that. No thanks Apple.
