Yeah, who do you think is 'coaching' him? And, in you didn't notice, nobody reacts nearly as negatively to this guy when he does. He's a charmer, but no different than any of his predecessors on policy.. The game of 'good cop bad cop' is working beautifully.
...and the disaster that $4, $5, and $6/gallon gasoline hath wrought...
And he will convince his followers that's a good thing, and that they must sacrifice their 'luxuries' and liberties for the greater good. They'll fall in line. No question about it.
You obviously didn't read the entire post... There is no 'US' and 'EU'.
There is no America. There is no democracy. There is only IBM and ITT and AT&T and DuPont, Dow, Union Carbide, and Exxon. Those are the nations of the world today.
Wow.. you're so far off base, I don't know where to begin... First notice 'free' was in quotes. There is no true free market, except in contraband. Where other governments might use tax money to directly operate their corporations, the US protects their business monopolies through regulation to eliminate the competition. It's just as 'socialist' as anybody else, in a backed handed way. This leaves the market nothing but crumbs as far as choice is concerned. So one of two things should happen. Either regulate the protected companies to to satisfy the consumer, or force them to deal with truly open competition from the rest of us with real freedom of choice. That will involve a real discussion on the limits of property rights, and whether a corporation should enjoy such a thing. The 'market' is retarded because that same market also votes for the politicians that are screwing things up, and people accept everything that is printed in a glossy brochure as god's honest truth.
The reality is that such institutions are again and again the visible result of state collusion with favored sectors of the economy to insulate those actors from competition. The railroad monopolies, the telephone monopolies, the big media monopolies, they all owe their existence to government protectionism. They couldn't exist without it -- monopolies collapse in a free market.
Government protection of 'property rights' are basically what makes monopolies possible.. That is where the discussion must end up eventually.
But me, I prefer to live in a more modern society, with an elected government body that represent the people. And I want laws that I know are good for *everyone*, not just for a *select few*.
Very easy to falsify, prosecute, and get convictions. People count conviction rates. They don't care what 'crime' it is. It's like the cops spending time issuing speeding tickets, while just up the street somebody's being shot. These people don't serve justice, they serve their department or boss.
...making it clear what they collect.
And you believe them, why exactly? Because they say so?
Kool and the Gang has made a big comeback.
Well, it's either that, or another iPhone or Google ad.. take your pick
...America's scapegoat for all the world's problems...
Very well put... too bad nobody hears
Yet you are trying to drag Google into this, why?
oh please! Stop the pretending...

What conspiracies?

Obama has charisma? Really?
Yeah, he can lie better than Bush ever did, and he still has a huge following. It's in the bag..
You're forgetting.. Bush never had Obama's charisma, which just shot up even more.
No, our kids are eating lead...
The prez just won his second term
Great! Cough up the scratch..

Unless there's a 'leak', you will never, ever know what is being gleamed from your computer.

Maybe the next life... won't happen here
just like they did when told they would be paying to receive calls on their cells. More proof that the 'free' market is retarded.
Damn! The old 'eaten by a shark' trick.. Should've known The locator beacon probably acted like a dog whistle to them
I'd rather my federal police do what it was created to do: Lock up criminals.
Shit.. There goes at least half of your politicians and CEOs.. and police officers

*UGH*! such naivete...
Networked devices are insecure, and those insecurities will be exploited. That's all that needs to be said. Everything else is pure bullshit..
That should be the law..
