Even with a design client you are limited to the fact that if you change the design you will either lose your changes during the next incremental release or be stuck on that version of notes mail forever.
I personally find it a miracle that the mail file works at all. It is with out doubt one of the worst pieces of coding that I have ever seen. Talk about verbose.
I believe there was a school of thought that said anything the BBC makes should be free for people that pay the TV license. But of others outside the UK they should be made to pay.
I think this was in reference to the BBC's News website.
With regards to the future availability of BBC's archive of programs I think that yes, people outside the UK should pay to D/L the programmes. We HAVE to pay for them even if we don't watch any of the BBC channels. Thats the law.
I don't get it. On one hand we here stories that say that downloading isn't harming CD sales. Time after time we see the sales of albums going up. It was even reported here yesturday that thats the case.
But on the other had we see that EMI is making 1500+ people redundant and dropping a shed load of artists.
Thats a valid point. Surely the instead of making the history look better why not concentrate on making favourites look cool and a lot easy to manage / take with you on the move.
Thats a damn shame, the segway was a bloody good invention. The problem with it is it just looks so crap.
And it's to slow, not to mention it can't carry any shopping unless you invest in a rubbish looking trailer, and when you do have a rubbish trailer kids can chase you and nick you shopping negating the whole point in you going out on your segway.
However extream segwaying looks like a spot of fun
"Dell (and other box manufacturers) cannot be happy about such a statement"
Surly such a statement would mean that Microsoft are planning to buy dell and give ther stuff away, locking people into windows forever and ever. Oh wait people are already locking into windows forever and ever.
OpenNTF is an opensource project for Notes that replaces many of the lotus databases such as mail and calendar. It is well worth a look.

I should clarify that the Irish designer of the delorian was a junkie not the man that stuck the flux capacitor in.

It is for real I am playing it on my Palm Pilot now.
You should actually download it. before you all dismiss it.
Major Kudos to Looniboi it's pretty cool when you play it.

...Lets Slashdot his company website out of existence.
On another note does he realise that the ISS is falling apart?
Thank god that the boy band never made it into space.
At least someone a Pepsi had an ounce of decency and spared the rest of us from this, the biggest marketing gimmick of all.
Ahh Yes but I was being politically correct. You can't be sexist these days so I was only covering my arse by say THEIR.
At least I spelt that correctly.
I have actually now got to the point where I sometimes "collect" so much that I just end up deleting it before I watch or even burn it.
I repeatedly find myself asking what was the point in getting that.
Thats exactly the best thing to do. On an even bigger plus side... NO ADS
Moon land won't mean shit, the government will just step in and take it all away as soon as it has any hint of value.
Like purchasing a square on the moon. Whats the point.
A fool and their money are soon parted.
Surely you would want it to be RSXOBNI so when people look in their mirrors while your drving behind them they see your message?
I doubt that, old bill owns half of apple now doesn't he??
It better not be, Think of the pocket size you would need just to carry a bloody calendar around.

I changed from Orange to Vodafone by number was ported after 7 days no hassle at all.
I did have about 1/2 day though where I could make calls on the Vodafone network and receive them on the Orange network.
