    Now THIS is an excellent idea! Show the slugs what their "marketing" BS looks like from the receiving end. As an addition, I'd suggest getting into the code and "tweaking" the message a bit...

    Example: "Hi! I just got fooled into sending spam by the MS market-droids! You can be an idiot too! Just download..." etc. etc.

    You get the idea.

    I actually use Eudora, and I like it for the most part. Except for the darned "paid mode" doesn't work real well. The durn thing keeps asking if I want to "upgrade to paid mode".

    But... I already paid, you stupid program! What's the problem?

    It would be nice if you could, like, invert the filter...

    Structured information - like a program, or music, or a book, or whatever - is structured because somebody (or a group of sombodies) MADE IT THAT WAY. It wasn't random chance or a million caffine-slurping chimps. The order that gives meaning was imposed by a human being, who should get something for his contribution to the universe of structured information - if he wants it. He can, after all give it away if he chooses, but that's not your decision to make. It's his.

    All the ISP is going to see is packets with encrypted payloads going back and forth. Tough. Bandwidth is what you are paying for, they can't really complain if you use it.

    If they have the nerve to actually call you on it, ask nastily why they are trying to intercept a private electronic communication without a warrant. Mention the FBI, the FCC and the local cops if necessary.
