well the game was only like 90-95% done before they axed it and brought it to the ps2(i guess it was still considered a beta program, hence the crashing every 10 minutes or so and the framerate issues, but even the pc version when it first came out had some terrible load times).
It did so well because blue shift was going to be a dreamcast only feature. It gave people something to look forward to and another reason to buy it. but sega killed the system before it was finished...and it went to ps2, minus blue shift. but with 10 co-op levels(which were pretty good).
I have an ATI USB TV tuner/capture device (usb tv wonder). and I have to say..its awful.
I got a decent machine (p4 2.8GHz HT, 512 MB DDR400, and a 120 gig hdd) and it drops an insane ammount of frames. I have even tried speed disking the drive before capping.
Also the resolution isnt that good..it maxes at 320x200, while a rage 3d pro i had didnt drop many frames (maybe 10 for each 10 minutes while the ati does about 150 every minute!) and it capped at 700+ res
I dont think the neo-geo version is censored..but i could be wrong.
I'm saying this because neo-geo games are $300+ (look up some games if you dont beleive me) there is no way neo kids (and i know a few, they are hardcore gamers and are in a great enough number to harass the companies to make them change a product) would put up with a censored game after putting up all that money.
I could be wrong again, but i think playmore did the ps2 release and agetek should have done the neo release since they do most neo games already (and most SNK guys went to agetek after they broke up)
again i could be wrong, so please dont flame me, this is what i've been told and believe to be true
I believe the proper term is first person exploration, I heard my friend touting that phrase when he was playing, and it really holds true. I havn't seen many area that are run and gun.:)
depends on hte movie.
if the drive is a 4.5 gig version...then all it can fit is 4.5 gig of vob files(roughly an hour and a half video). or u can always downsample and recreate the dvd(SVCD comes to mind)
A 4.5 gig svcd can reach some pretty high bitrates(probably up to the max of 2.5 Mb a sec, which would look pretty damn nice, along with high quality sound(unfortinatly cant be higher than 44.1KHz, svcd standard)
so, if the movie is short(Pi comes to mind), then it can be done
but if ur thinking of doing a bit to bit with pearl harbor.....think again

This movie was horrible, It left me wanting my money back(but the theatre owners wouldn't budge). The ending didn't solve a thing(I couldn't really pay attention it was so bad), it left me wondering who killed the little girl. But tell me something, was the snow plow guy(with the big bushy beird, the minister also, I think someone in the movie said that, but they look nothing alike). It was too cunfusing for me.
babelfish is my friend :P

But i also have a copy of the japanese version.
I really hope they didnt change the intro song.
