This is actually very insightful, female dating behavior was based to a large part on having an abundance of potential mates to choose from, they were essentially buyers, whereas men traditionally acted as sellers trying to impress women ( I know I'm oversimplifying). Now with online dating, the market has basically evened out somewhat for men as women are openly competing for mates, thus they have become more like sellers, allowing men to start behaving somewhat more like buyers.

How does this get modded troll? It's actually very honest and insightful, even if you disagree with him, at least he's got the balls to tell the truth. This whole farce is based around tricking the people into believing the lie of scarcity, and this goes way beyond cheap entertainment, if people only know it also included food, and many other basic human resources, the whole world order might be up for change. Of course, the most important enforced scarcity of all is information, thus we have things like SOPA.

I hear this kind of argument quite a bit and it makes me wonder, no offence but, were you born yesterday? It comes off like you don't know anything about America, it's history or culture. I'll be honest, I didn't even notice he mentioned her race twice, the fact that you did, and that it made you lament that "true racism" is at play by "these people" in favor of minorities is a bit of a tell. To me it seems like you may have a distortion in your perception filters which makes you overly sensitive to instances of minorities using race to their advantage, which seems to be for you an injustice which offends to much to be permitted to go undenounced, at least in this case. I think you may wish to re-calibrate if you keep coming up with false positives as you did in this case. Anyway, you seem like someone passionate about right and wrong, I think it might be an interesting, even consciousness expanding exercise to examine how keenly your senses pick up, and how strongly you sense of justness is offended when you encounter instances of the majority abusing race in its favor.

I don't know if you've seen these already, but I think it's required watching for all Star Wars fans.

A "private" tag doesn't magically make a public item private.

Then what's the point of calling it private? It's misleading to do so isn't it? Also, the very nature of social networks operate on the basis of filtering, without which there's no point in having "friends" or groups etc, it would just be a giant cluster-fuck like the wild west days of the early internet which to some degree is why people flocked to social networks in the first place. I'm not saying it isn't a giant cluster-fuck on FB either btw, but just because a lot of people are ignorant about how the internet works, doesn't mean that they deserve to have their children or deceased family members images trawled and publicly monetized by multi-billion dollar corporations. Yes, I realize that's exactly what FB, Google, et. all are doing, but at least they do it privately, and supposedly anonymously, that's what makes them tolerable. After all, you can't escape unless you basically shun society as a whole, because even if you don't have a FB account, someone at sometime will take your photo and tag you online without your permission. Please tell me if I'm wrong, but I'm arguing that there has to be protections. That is the purpose of governments anyways, to provide protections for its members the citizens. I think the Australian government failed on this one.
