If it uninstalls completely using the "add and remove programs" control panel (even if you have to rid yourself of the "free" software it hitcbed a ride on)... then there's no real problem. Except when people are sued for expressing their honest opinion about their beliefs on "adware". We should still have the option of free speech even if it hurt someones profit, especially if it is an honest opinion of the product.

Ouch! But yet I don't think your hatred of islam manifested itself from nothing... nor do I suppose did their hatred of the West. Rather it is in the creation of pawns by those who wish to gain and hold power. (ie Muslim leaders/clerics and Western leaders/clerics using hatred/suspicion as a platform to unite people/power behind them).
This is totally lame. What is the life span of a television show anyway... especially one as lame as BattleButs. I'm already bored with it... I'm ready for next years TV line up now. If you BattleBut.com'ers are reading this then my advice is how important is it that you get all of the.net.com.org.cc.tv.misc.infinity sites out there when your going to be gone soon anyway. Get a grip and start planning for your next hit TV show (and quit boring me with you hype)
Actually if this plant does adapt to the Martian climate it may pose a real hazard here on Earth. Imagine, if you will, many years from now an astronaut accidentally brings back this fully adapted species on his boot. What then?
If we're going to contaminate a virgin planet with our filth. Why don't we go all out and use engineered micro-organisims to terraform Mars. We could create rust eating lifeforms that release oxygen and other gases thus regenerating the atmosphere. That way we'll have a place to move to when we've destroyed this planet.:-)

I seems to me that this tactic of attempting to remove copyrighted material from the internet has the opposite effect. DeCSS was unknown to me before the attempt to "remove" it from the net. Now, not only am I aware of it but I can find it at multiple sites with little effort. This tactic not only draws attention to the to the material in question (thus making it the most popular download on the net)but it's also rude in a bully like fashion. Microsoft, learn from other peoples mistakes. Here's and example. Look at wazzup_elian.swf and the attempt by the Associated Press to remove it. It is NOW probably the most popular mirrored download on the net. I ask my self "did AP use this tactic on purpose to make wazzup_elian.swf this popular as a political statement?" Because IMHO they should have anticipated the results of their action. For a first time post I seem to have gone on long enough. My point is this tactic just makes things worse... try to find another way.
